What happened to the Butcher fight? Did everyone on that poster lose?
July 11th, 2010 at 2:26 am
The Butcher fight was called off at the last minute by the Ohio Athletic Commission from what I heard; completely out of the NAAFS’ hands. I believe they (OAC) had a couple of months to review the card and chose to step in at the last minute.

So, what was their reasoning?

Sorry for the delay Tim, just saw the response. I heard that it had something to do with the opponent having a long layoff from pro fighting, a couple of years I believe.

Yes Luke you are correct, I spoke with the athletic commish and they were nice enough to explain to me that. Nothhing anyone can do, but I will get a couple in quick and try and get that fight set up again! It will be a good one too!
