The 4th Annual Rock N Rumble Will Give the NAAFS Nation Two Shows in One


The NAAFS returns to the Nautica Pavilion on Saturday August 28th with the combination of a high energy concert and the raw emotion of live MMA event with the 4th Annual Rock N Rumble. The musicians of NAAFS Fight Music will be performing live, followed by a night of incredible action inside the NAAFS cage.

Two new Pro Series champions will be crowned at the 4th Annual Rock N Rumble, in the Featherweight and Welterweight divisions respectively. The finals of the Pro Series Featherweight tournament will take place on Saturday August 28th when Donny “Eagle Eye” Walker (12-6) of Team GriffonRawl takes on 2006 National Amateur Lightweight Champion Mike Nesto (13-7) of Shrader’s MMA. An interim Pro Series Welterweight Champion will also be crowned when 2007 National Amateur Middleweight Champion Nick “The Savage” Duell (15-4-1) of Strong Style Fight Team & Ohio BJJC takes on Mickey Hughes (7-4) of H2O MMA & Main Street MMA for the title.

Pro Series Heavyweight Champion “Big” John Hawk (10-1-1) of Strong Style Fight Team will be taking on Dan “Dragon” Spohn (10-4) in a Pro Series Light Heavyweight fight that was originally slated for Fight Nite in the Flats VI, but will now happen at Rock N Rumble. Two-time National Amateur Finalist Kevin Rothacker (5-2) will be making his professional debut against 2009 National Amateur Featherweight Champion Doug Kulbis (8-1) in a Pro Series Featherweight bout.

Several more top names will be action at the 4th Annual Rock N Rumble including Stipe Miocic (7-0), top ranked Jeff “Lights Out” Hughes (5-1) against John Reed (4-1),  Sean Paul Veilleux (4-2) taking on the unbeaten Isaac Steele (4-0),  Zac Gobel (6-1) against Chris “Bam Bam” Green (8-4), and much more. In addition, several acts from the ultra popular NAAFS Fight Music Vol. 1 & Vol. 2 will be performing live on August 28th.
